Announcement of issuance of new shares allocated to shareholders

 

 

 

We announce that the LIPAC Board of Directors held on February 23, 2026 has decided to issue new shares by allocating to shareholders as follows.

 

 

1. Type and number of new shares: 360,000 Type 6 registered redeemable convertible preferred shares

2. Issuance price of new shares: KRW 25,000 (face value of one share KRW 500)

3. Payment due date of new shares: From March 27, 2026 to April 2, 2026

4. How to acquire new stocks: New stocks are allocated to shareholders in accordance with Article 418 of the Commercial Act and Article 10 of the Articles of Incorporation.

2026년 2월 23일 개최한 주식회사 라이팩 이사회에서 아래와 같이 주주 배정 방법으로 신주발행을 결의하였음을 공고합니다.

 

 

1. 신주의 종류와 수 : 6종 상환전환우선주식 360,000주

2. 신주의 발행가액 : 금 25,000원 (1주의 금액 금 500원)

3. 신주의 납입기일 : 2026년 3월 27일부터 2026년 4월 2일까지

4. 신주의 인수방법 : 상법 제418조 및 정관 제10조 규정에 의거 신주를 주주에게 배정한다.
